Aunt Geraldine makes a damn good fig custard. I didn’t even know fig custard was a thing until I had Aunt Geraldine’s. I swear-to-god I could rave about this custard all night long. It was like thick and warm and cold at the same time. Highly recommend. 10 out of 10 would go to Geraldine’s for custard after church next Sunday. Just don’t mention that in front of Frenchy Sugarbaker.
